@Shaun: The statue is beside the Slieve Donard Hotel in Newcastle. We spent a relaxing break there a couple of weeks ago.

They look like they could just fly away. This is just spectacular! It conveys such a feeling of freedom. I love the outstretched arms and the hands. The sculptor is just so talented.
